If a product fails due to a manufacturing or materials defect, we will either repair or replace it at our option. We do not warranty products that are damaged as a result of accidents, improper care, misuse or normal wear.
All warranties must be called in to customer service (919)214- 0709 before being returned. Please do not attempt to return any merchandise that does not qualify for a return, as we will not be able to process your return and cannot ship the items back to you. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will bear the shipping cost of returning and getting a replacement item sent to you. Return shipping back to you is absolutely FREE if your shipping address is in the U.S. Please be aware that your item must arrive back at our location for us to process your return. We strongly recommend that you select a traceable, insured return shipping method. Remember to keep your receipt and tracking number!
All returned items must be returned clean condition.
There is a $25 charge for clothing returned dirty.
We require a 50% deposit in for all orders. Deposit must be received in order to start processing an order. Shipping charges will be added to the total once the order is ready to be sent. We accept payments of VISA, MasterCard, Paypal, certified check or money order payable to Ride Fast Gear.
*NC sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping within North Carolina*
Customers that refuse or cancel orders after Ride Fast Gear has received the deposit will forfeit their 50% deposit and will be billed for the 50% balance. Ride Fast Gear, Inc will retain the items till the remaining balance is paid.
Custom orders require a team effort. Our goal is to educate you on your options to be sure that the product you desire is the product you receive.
We best serve our customers by providing:
- Fit-kits and sample runs to evaluate construction
- Size charts and fit-kits to identify correct sizing
- Art proof sign-off form
- Fabric proof sign-off form
We require customer approval before the order is released into production. Once this occurs orders are considered final, non-cancelable and non-refundable.
We go through a multi- step process to ensure against errors. Ultimately, it's the customer's responsibility to accept or change a proof in before it is printed. In the event of an error, in color or printing the customer accepts responsibility. Ride Fast Gear, Inc. is not responsible for replacement or refund. All sales are final.
All custom orders are accepted on a first-come-first-serve-basis.Please place your order early. Our busiest time of the year is from December to May. Your delivery date will depend on when we receive your final order. Delivery is subject to the current production schedule and unless a specific date has been agreed upon in writing, delivery may be postponed. Completed orders will be shipped after customers balance is paid in full.
Shipping charges are calculated and added to your final bill when your order is ready to be shipped.
